LMS

EVERY COURSE, EVERY CERTIFICATE, ONE PLATFORM

icon
From the first day of induction to the certificate on the wall — training, assessment, attendance and compliance in a single system your people actually log into.
The Problem

Training lives in five places. None of them answer questions.

Most organisations run training across a spreadsheet, a shared drive, a calendar invite and somebody's memory. So nobody can answer the questions that actually matter: who still hasn't done fire safety? Which certificates expire this quarter? Did the new joiners finish induction?
LMS answers them on one screen — because the course, the assessment, the attendance register and the certificate all happen inside it.
Who It's For

Built around the people who use it

Everyone sees a system shaped to their job — and nothing else cluttering the screen.

Capabilities

What it does

icon
Author and deliver

Courses built from modules and lessons — text, video, documents, links — or an existing SCORM 1.2 or cmi5 package that reports its own completion.

icon
Assess, with the marking done

Build a paper by hand or import a question set from Excel. Randomise the order per trainee. Republish a revised paper — every version is kept, and anyone mid-attempt finishes the one they started.

icon
AI grading you can audit

Written answers marked against the trainer's rubric by a model running on your own hardware. Anything uncertain waits in a review queue with its score and confidence for a human to confirm or override.

icon
Certify, verifiably

Pass the mark and the certificate issues itself — carrying the organisation's branding, its named signatory and a QR code anyone can scan to verify, without logging in.

icon
Schedule and take the register

Batches with dates, intake limits and venues. Online and classroom sessions with joining links. Attendance — present, late, absent, excused — flowing into progress reports.

icon
Knowledge in one place

Policies, procedures and manuals in a searchable library that opens in a secure built-in viewer, plus a video library and FAQs.

icon
Report on all of it

Planned-versus-delivered training by month, completion rates, top courses and trainers — down to one person's record, or compared across departments.

icon
Reach people

Role-scoped messaging, course broadcasts and announcements, plus email that goes out by itself: enrolment confirmations, a weekly digest, day-before session reminders.

Multi-tenancy & IT

Many organisations, one platform

Onboard an organisation with its name, contacts and company logo — from then on its people see their own brand, their own courses, their own data. Roles are defined in each organisation's own vocabulary and mapped to the permissions they should carry.

  • Single sign-on. Staff use the company account they already have, with password sign-in kept as a fallback or not.
  • Standards-based. SCORM 1.2, cmi5 and an xAPI learning record store, so results travel to whatever else you run.
  • Accountable. Role-based access throughout, and a permanent audit log of who did what, and when.
  • Private by default. Grading runs on your own hardware. No learner work leaves your network.
  • Your database. SQLite for a single server; SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL for a shared one.
Getting Started

Live in an afternoon

Installation is a wizard, not a project. One command on a bare Linux or Windows server unpacks a self-contained build — nothing to install first — and walks through database, organisation, administrator and AI grading before it writes a thing.
Already running something else? The data migration tool takes your exported spreadsheet of users, courses and enrolments, maps its columns to the platform's fields, and shows you every row and its outcome before anything is committed.
